Four Michelin Stars in Two Days

Tuesday 17 October 2017
We stayed two nights in Ragusa Ibla as it had two highly recommended Michelin Star restaurants, which is no mean fete for a small town. The first night we went to the famous Ciccio Sultano at the Duomo Restaurant.

A mushroom cappuccino.

This little parcel was seafood lasagne.
Truffled Icecream Sandwhich.
The lamb cutlets were so tiny, at first I thought it was pigeon. Yum!

On our second night in Ragusa we went to Locanda Don Serafino Restaurant. It was a really beautiful space, created out of the stables that was connected to the next-door church. Once upon a time the animals were kept there. Now they’re eaten there.

Sea urchin and squid ink pasta.
